I saw this dress on CollegeFashion.net in an article for fashion inspired by Hogwarts House: Ravenclaw which is the house I figured I would be in if I went to Hogwarts :P That's Cho Chang's house, so clearly I would fit right in. Right? I rarely buy clothes from Forever21 but I managed to track this piece down. I'm saving it, for a special day.
